I’m using Amadine for drawing logos, creating posts, laying out signage, stickers, patches, and graphics for websites. Amadine does that and adds many other proven functions. I need a classic and capable pen tool, EPS & PDF export, page sizes based on the real world. I also tried iVinci and Canva but they’re not quite right. I just need to draw a few things and quickly create new versions in various sizes for a variety of media. I’ve been looking for an alternative to Illustrator (too many features, it has become a major ‘lifestyle committment’). Old guy here, I learned vector drawing on Illustrator 88. The app supports exporting the entire document, a sheet, or a selection in JPEG, TIFF, EPS, PNG, PDF, and SVG formats and is available on both iPad and iPhone. The app also offers path editing tools, such as the ability to create paths using the Path and Draw tools, add, remove, and arrange anchor points, convert points to corner points and smooth points, and edit paths and shapes using the Knife, Scissors, and Eraser tools. Users can perform union, subtract, intersect, and exclude operations on selected objects, write text along a path or inside a shape, and create vector art using pressure-sensitive tablets. It also offers advanced drawing tools, such as more than 30 vector design tools, the ability to add multiple strokes and fills, and the option to create unique stroke profiles using the Width tool.
